Creative Paper Lanterns for homes and for sale too....

Hello everyone...
Hi. Today I am telling how to make paper lanterns... Firstly take a paper.(any color). Then make some creative design on it.. Cut the design with cutter or blade. * Keep the blade or cutter away from small children. Then fold it in cylindrical shape. Stick both the borders with fevicol. Let it dry for 5 minutes..
Then take some colored paper again. Cut this paper in stripes. * Stripes should not cross the borders of the paper.. Make the cuts on the paper leaving a margin of 1.5 - 2.0 cms. Stick that paper in cylindrical shape again. This paper should be a little more big in size than the first cylinder. Then put some pressure on both sides of the paper ( at the rim of the cylinder no.2. ) The stripes will bulge out in shape from the center.
Fix this cylinder on cylinder no. 1. Staple it firmly with 4-5 staples on  the rims on both sides.
Take another colored paper. Cut this paper in stripes with leaving the margin on one sides ( top. ) Then this paper becomes your freel for the lantern which hangs down.. Fix it with fevicol and staple it firmly with 4 staples. Put a bulb of any color in a holder and hang it in the lantern.
This becomes your creative paper lantern. You can hang it in your homes, sell it by making some more designer paper lanterns and make some pocket money... You can also gift it to someone in Diwali...  And I am sorry for not uploading the photos, but I am uploading it very soon for you b'coz learning anything from photos is easier than learning from words...
So this is it ! Something new for you next time...                                                          - Raajeev

Creativity can earn too...

Hii everyone... This is a new blog posted by me. I am trying to tell you that creativity can never be banned in any thing or at any cost, anywhere in the world... This is a blog of works done in my firm - Digital Creations.. I like to explore new extents of creativity. So here I am posting an article on Diya Painting and Decorating...
See. This is very simple technique. Take some raw diyas of different shapes and styles. Take acrylic colours. Look into your mind for exploring the creativity.. Then paint the raw diyas in different color schemes. They should be painted twice for best results. It takes 15-20 minutes to dry completely. Then take Varnish (wood polish) and polish the diyas. Let them dry in sunlight for an hour or two.. It looks shining after the polish is completely dry. And leaves behind a plastic effect.
Lastly, take some small size mirrors of round, triangle shape. Fix these mirrors on the diyas with fevikwik or fevibond. Let them dry for 5 minutes. Then unleash your creativity to decorate the diyas in some other ways... This is a small and less expensive technique. After this, you can keep these diyas for sale near your neighbourhood or gift it to your loved ones...
This it it for now. I'll keep updating more n more ideas for you.. - Raajeev.
